This build is quite easy to create. It handles all Tornados and Barrage Ships, even the most powerful ones with the proper rigs | implants and decent CloudComputing Score. It is vulnerable to all Abaddons, mostly , some oracles and performs decent against everything else, including Drakes that are not over pimped.
